Custom Mailings with StockTrack

Now, sending custom letters, forms, email and labels to your shareholders is easier than ever.

The updated Export Merge File function makes it simple to prepare a merge file for use with Microsoft® Word, Microsoft Excel, other applications, or to send a file to a mailing house.  Following are instructions for generating Word mail merge documents yourself.

TO SET UP A MERGE FILE:

     In StockTrack, click on Reports.  Click on Export Merge File.  This window will open:

From this screen you select which shareholders to include in the merge file and how to sort the information.  The exported file is saved when you click Process.

Once the file is exported, you can use it with most word processors or spreadsheets.  For step-by-step instructions on using this file for mail merge labels using Word 2003, click here, or click here for creating custom letters.

LABELS:

StockTrack also gives you the option of printing mailing labels without creating an export file.

Select Mailing Labels from the Reports menu.  The selection window is similar to the Export Merge File, except, instead of selecting a file name and directory to save the export file, you simply choose the Avery label size and style you are using.

Version 7.9 Ready for Release

Many new enhancements have been included in this latest version of StockTrack.  The Trillion Shares modification has been completed, and the Import Wizard was made even easier to use.  Check printing modifications include batch printing and more current direct deposit information.  Many reports were upgraded.

Q: Can the check layout be modified to suit our needs?

A: Yes, the positioning of the information on dividend checks and on stock certificates is user definable. 

StockTrack automatically installs a check layout that is designed to work with the Deluxe Business Forms multi-purpose LaserJet check, Product Number 81013.  This check layout is set up to fit in standard #10 single window commercial envelopes if you mail the bottom skirt with the check, or Deluxe Product Number 91500 or 91508 if you mail the smaller top skirt with the check.
