StockTrack Version 7.71 Released

Since the first version was released in 1989, StockTrack Shareholder Management Software has grown and many valuable features have been added.

The latest update has just been released.  Version 7.71 allows entry of additional tracking information as well as enhanced reporting for SEC Logging. 

Insider Ownership reporting was enhanced.

Additionally, many reports have been upgraded to add export and other functionality, including Proxy Issues, Proxy Vote Detail and Summary, Proof Registers, Transaction Journals, and many more.

Direct Deposit

Q:  Some of our shareholders have requested direct deposit of cash dividends rather than printed checks.  How does StockTrack handle direct deposit?

A:  Enter bank account information on the 'Other' tab for shareholders requesting direct deposit.  Dividend and Cash in Lieu checks will not be printed for these shareholders.  The Direct Deposit Register provides reports on these dividends. 

StockTrack can also prepare a properly formatted file that can be processed by the ACH (Automated Clearing House).  This is set up on the Maintain/Edit Company screen.  You can elect to print payment receipts to notify holders of their dividend deposits.
