StockTrack Update Supports Shareholder Preference for Email and Print

Morris Plains, NJ, (PRWeb) August 3, 2009 -- One click sends documents directly to appropriate shareholders through email and, at the same time, prints documents for other shareholders who prefer paper mail.  The option to integrate with PDFBlaster to send Statements and Direct Deposit Confirmations is one of many new features in version 12.2 of StockTrack.  This version continues the StockTrack tradition of providing easy to use and feature rich transfer agent software for Commercial Transfer Agencies as well as self issuing companies.

PDFBlaster will simplify mail distribution if some of your shareholders prefer email or fax.  Perhaps you have hundreds or thousands of dividend Direct Deposit Confirmations or Shareholder Statements that need to go out.  All you do is click on the PDFBlaster button.  The software determines how each document needs to be delivered (email, fax, or printed for mailing); finds the email address or fax number; and sends each out over the internet or to your default paper printer.

StockTrack provides a complete and cost effective Transfer Agent solution.  The software supports issuance and transfer of stock, printing of stock certificates, cash dividends (including generating NACHA files for direct deposit), dividend reinvestment, proxy, splits, and all related reporting as well as support for 1099 tax reporting.  It is in use by Commercial Stock Transfer Agents and Self Issuers across the U.S.

New features include:

• Now works with PDFBlaster, a product of Data Fabrication, Inc., to provide one click to email, mail and even fax to shareholders as appropriate

• New reports and report enhancements include additional reporting on transactions, restrictions, blocked shareholders, percentage of family ownership, insider ownership and beneficial ownership

• Simplified alignment tests make it easier to visualize how user designed checks, certificates and cover documents will print

• A signature ready lost certificate affidavit can be printed when a certificate is marked Lost or Stolen

Advanced License enhancements include:

• Ability to track company name changes and quickly search for any company using any part of a current or prior company name

• Company searches by any part of the company name as well as company ID

• Additional and enhanced cross company reporting
