Figtree Releases StockTrack v11.1 BETA

StockTrack Shareholder Accounting Software Enhancements Promote Ease of Use

Morris Plains, NJ – February 11, 2008 – Version 11.1 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting software is being released to BETA.  This release contains many new features and enhancements.  StockTrack, highly regarded for its capabilities and ease of use for shareholder management was first released in 1989.  It supports issuance and transfer of stock, printing of stock certificates, dividends -- including direct deposit (ACH), proxy, splits, and all related reporting.  It is in use by stock transfer agents and self issuers, such as community banks, across the U.S.

The new Settings menu provides quick access to the many custom settings available in the product while keeping day-to-day operations very simple and straightforward.  StockTrack is considered the easiest to use product of its kind.  The new features make the system even more foolproof.

Some of the Quick setup screens included in this version handle:  book entry certificates; Direct Deposit; SEC logging; proxy features; DTC FAST; dividend calculation settings; split calculation settings; password requirements; 1099 configuration; dividend reinvestment; and treasury setup.
