Figtree Releases StockTrack v10.75 Version 10.75 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting for Transfer Agents and Self Issuers includes basis cost Morris Plains, NJ – August, 2007 – Version 10.75 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting software is now available from Figtree Software. StockTrack, first released in 1989, provides stock transfer, dividend, proxy, split and related reporting capabilities. It is in use by stock transfer agents and community banks across the U.S. as well as other self issuing companies. Among the many new features are new reports and additional capabilities for tracking basis cost. Other New features include: additional audit logs to track changes to shareholder and certificate information; the addition of getting started Help screens, documents and white papers available directly from the StockTrack system to simplify startup for new users. These features enhance StockTrack’s reputation as the easiest to use and most flexible shareholder accounting software available. A number of features will be of particular use to Transfer Agents including -- The ability to import additional shareholders and the applicable number of shares from a spreadsheet or database during a transfer or new issuance; many new cross company reports and spreadsheets; and the ability to instantly prepare custom delivery papers for each transaction.
