Figtree Releases StockTrack v10.5

Version 10.5 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting for Transfer Agents and Self Issuers includes Linked Documents and User Defined Fields

Morris Plains, NJ – May, 2007 – Version 10.5 of StockTrack Shareholder Accounting software is now available from Figtree Software.   StockTrack, first released in 1989, provides stock transfer, dividend, proxy, split and related reporting capabilities.  It is in use by stock transfer agents and community banks across the U.S. as well as other self issuing companies.

Among the many new features is the addition of user defined fields to StockTrack.  These fields can be maintained within StockTrack and are available for ad-hoc reporting.

 Other New features include:

• Linked documents to each shareholder

• Enhanced export capabilities

• Enhanced mailing label capabilities

• Enhanced logging of transaction corrections

 A number of features will be of particular use to Transfer Agents including --

• Delivery cover sheets for items that are made available

• Enhanced SEC turn-around reporting

• Ability to transfer certificates from book entry to certificated and back

• Link documents such as resolutions and director lists to each issuer company

• Unlimited notes for each company
